Tasting Notes:

Rose petal and raspberry aromas with watermelon and dried herbs. Strawberry, raspberry and stone fruits are joined on the mid-palate by red forest fruits and guava. This wine has a creamy texture and a lingering rose on the finish.

Technical:

The grapes had a few hours contact to extract a delicate pink hue form the Pinot Noir skins. Fermentation was in tank at a range of temperatures to capture the fruity appeal of this grape, while delivering depth and interest. No animal products have been used in the making of this wine.

96% Pinot Noir; 2% Merlot; 1% Syrah; 1% Sauvignon Blanc
